Privacy Policy

This policy explains what hotellobbyvideo.com ("the service") collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. What we collect

• Account data. Your email address, your name if you provide one, a hashed password, and session records. If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive the identifier and email that provider shares.
• Photos you upload. The two images you send to the generator. They are uploaded to our storage so the generation service can read them.
• Generation records. Your settings (length, resolution, orientation), the identifier of the upstream generation task, the resulting video, and its status. These are kept so you can see your history and so we can investigate failures.
• Credit and payment records. Your credit balance and credit history, and — for purchases — the order number, amount, currency, product and payment status returned by Stripe. We never receive your full card number.
• Support messages. Anything you submit through the support form.
• Technical data. IP address and request metadata used for rate limiting and abuse prevention, plus the analytics described below.

2. How we use it

To run the generator, to keep your account and credit balance correct, to process payments, to provide support, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to understand which features are used.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos to train AI models.

3. Photos, videos and deletion

Uploaded photos are used to render your video. Generated videos are stored so you can preview and download them.

You can ask us to delete your uploaded photos, your generated videos, or your whole account by contacting support. We will delete the requested data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for tax, accounting or legal reasons (typically payment records, which we keep as long as the law requires).

4. Who processes data for us

• Payment: Stripe, for checkout, receipts and refunds.
• Generation: the AI video provider that renders your clip from your two photos.
• Storage and hosting: object storage and the hosting provider that serves this site.
• Email: a transactional email provider, used for account emails.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, described below.

Each processor only receives what it needs for its task.

5. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, example video plays, photo selection, generation outcomes, downloads and the purchase flow. Our custom events include video duration, resolution, orientation, the selected pack, and transaction amount and currency. A purchase is recorded only after our server confirms that the order is paid, and the order number is used to avoid duplicate reporting.

We do not include uploaded photos, generated media, prompts, passwords or email addresses in those events. Google Analytics may use cookies and may collect browser, device and referral information. We store a purchase marker in your browser's local storage so the same order is not counted twice.

You can block analytics with a browser extension or your browser's tracking protections; the generator keeps working.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Contact us through the support form and we will help.

7. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Generation records and videos are kept until you delete them or close your account, unless we need them longer to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.

8. Children

The service is not for children under 13, or under the minimum age in your country, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, tell you in the product or by email.
