Terms of Service

These terms apply to hotellobbyvideo.com and the Hotel Lobby AI video generator ("the service"). By creating an account or generating a video you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. What the service does

The service turns two uploaded photos into a short AI-generated video of two people performing on a stage, with an AI-generated song. It is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, their labels, or COLORS, and it does not provide original performance footage.

2. Accounts

You need an account to generate a video. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done with your account. Provide accurate information, and do not share an account with people who have not agreed to these terms.

3. Credits, pricing and billing

• Video generation is paid for with credits. New accounts receive a one-time welcome credit grant (currently 25 credits, enough for one 5-second 480P video).
• The credits a setting needs are shown in the generator before you generate. A 5-second 480P video is 25 credits; a 30-second 1080P video is 600 credits. Both figures are examples of the server-side price list, which is what applies.
• Credits from a paid pack are valid for one year from purchase. The welcome grant does not expire.
• Packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Credits are deducted only after a render completes successfully. A render that fails is not charged.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Refunds

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support and we will review the account and the generation records. Because credits are consumed by successful renders and never expire, requests for a refund of unused credits are reviewed case by case.

5. Your photos and acceptable use

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use, and you confirm that permission when you generate.

You must not:

• upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian;
• upload photos of celebrities or public figures, or use the service to impersonate anyone;
• create videos meant to deceive, defame, threaten or harass anyone, or to suggest that a real person said or did something they did not;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or attempt to bypass its credit system, rate limits or safety checks.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. AI-generated output

Videos are generated by AI models from your photos. Faces, gestures, mouth movement and backgrounds can differ from what you expect, and results are not reproducible. The song is generated original music: we do not supply the copyrighted "Hotel Lobby" track, and you are responsible for any audio you add yourself.

You keep the rights you hold in your photos. Subject to these terms, you may use, download and publish the videos you generate, including commercially.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. Generation times depend on load and on your settings, and we cannot promise a fixed delivery time. We may change features, prices and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page. We may suspend the service for maintenance.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, goodwill or data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
